I was trying to have rented property. They got 300 deposit. No property rented and no deposit returned. Its been 6 months now and still they have not returned my Deposit. Fake company with Fake emails . No response.

I haven't been able to move into a place I signed up to because of damp in the room and I have bronchial problems. I've tried every single compromise and nothing. They dont reply to emails, calls and when they do pick up the phone they just hang up. Never felt so trapped Please steer clear

I have lived at a London property managed by Hulian for almost three years now and I am most satisfied with the way they look after their tenants. Any rare concerns I may have regarding repair, replacement and maintainance of the property are always met with a prompt and thorough response and I feel comfortably reassured by this. Hulian also provide us with a good cleaning service which is very welcome. They are a professional company and I shall be more than happy to stay with them for the forseeable future
