Only need a password reset, which has to be done over the phone. Have now tried 11 times totalling almost 2.5 hours of being 'on hold' , and being told 'how important my time and call is' To also be told to save time, and send them a secure message.... Well I would if I had access on-line! Even allowing for Covid, really poor. Am going to write and transfer investment to another provider
