        I ordered 2 sets of napkins before Christmas as I was doing a decoupage project for a friend. Only one set arrived. When I contacted the company I was told that there was 2 sets in the package and I must have misplaced one of the sets. When I opened the package that was sent to my daughters address as I was away on holiday THERE WAS ONLY ONE SET EVEN THOUGH THEY DENY THIS. I have ordered various packs of napkins from companies from the UK and abroad and never had a problem. I have now contacted my visa company to escalate a refund for the missing package. I sent 3 e mails and tried to call the company on various occasions without any response. I would not deal with this company again as they clearly are not interested in their customers

        Good range of napkins but process and delivery extremely slow. Takes at least two weeks to arrival. I get much faster packages from China.
