Campaign Master (UK) Ltd

Campaign Master are a truly first class supplier of email marketing and communication solutions. The system is user friendly and looks more professional than many of it's competitors. In my opinion though, Campaign Master's real strength is their customer service and support services. It's not a one size fits all approach, they take the time to understand your business and your needs, and then deliver the service you need. They won't hassle you trying to sell you more things, but they will provide best practice information, guidance and support. They provide excellent assurance with GDPR and all of their servers are UK based. I have always felt that they care passionately about delivering the best service for their customers. I first came across them around 11 years ago when working for a national charity, we weren't ready to move supplier at that time, but they waited patiently until the time was right for us (again no hassling!). They were so great that when I moved on from that organisation, I brought them with me to my new company, and continued to work with them successfully for another 7 years. I've recently changed jobs again, and if I could I'd bring them here too!

Fantastic platform, user friendly with lots of extra features. The team are fantastic to work with and support respond to emails instantly. I have worked with CM for over 5 years and they have been a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Campaign Master to anyone looking for a reliable user friendly platform.
