I honestly can't recommend this company enough. Their personal family service as well as attention to detail is second to none - almost from a bygone era. The care taken over not only in explaining the various shutter options to me and my wife but also what's best suited for our tastes and style of home was exceptional. It was never too much trouble to pop back to discuss stuff either. We had new windows fitted in between engaging David and his team so they decided it best to nip by mid-window fitting to understand exactly how this could impact our shutters and tailored the final order and measurements accordingly. As I say, having used various shutter companies over the years, these trump the lot. A++++++

Shocking experience with this company. They had 5 chances at fitting my shutters but still couldnt do it to a satisfactory standard. Had to get citizens advice involved as I was going to take them to court. Trading standards informed me that they have more than 1 complaint. They set me up with a rigged review with the manufacturer, tried to bribe me and were dishonest. They have clearly gone into the shutter business to make more money but are completely incompetent.
