Cooley & Rose were terrific. They excelled at design, working with us as clients to understand our needs / preferences, procurement, and quality control. They oversaw the entire project in collaboration with us as clients, to ensure that the build was in line with their vision and specifications. It was our first time going through a renovation and Cooley & Rose helped to guide us through the minefield. We felt that we were always treated fairly; their approach is open and kind, trying to accommodate sometimes conflicting ideas from us! We felt that they went "above and beyond" in terms of customer service. Highly recommend.

We loved working with Cooley & Rose! They are very professional and have truly beautiful taste. We are delighted with how the redesign of our flat worked out. So many friends and family have commented on design features that we would never have thought of ourselves.
