We used Charlottes services to change our spare bedroom - quite an awkward space (loft room) - into a nursery, along with tidying up some other rooms around the house (kitchen, living room, office/spare room). She was simply superb. Even where we didnt quite know what we wanted, she somehow knew what was going to work: she has made our flat suit us and our needs far better than we could have! With innovative space saving ideas and organisation, as well as beautiful creative vision, she listened to our thoughts and was absolutely fine if we didnt like something or think it worked - indeed, she was keen to hear anything as she so wanted the final product to be exactly right for us. We loved her way of working, and her flexibility - willing to change things to budget or taste and manage within our timescales and parameters. With her knowledge and ideas she finds things at far better value and quality than we would have been able to. She is incredibly invested in every project and as such is really hands on (very helpful when I was 9 months pregnant!). She has access to a brilliant range of tradesmen and organised the entire redecoration like clockwork, with exacting standards on behalf of her clients. I have already recommended her to friends and colleagues. She took all the stress out of trying to do work to our home (as was much needed) and I couldnt recommend her more highly. We (and our dog!) are sad the project is over and will certainly be using her services again if we ever need to. I was lost before Charlotte! she took her time in understanding what I wanted. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and i'd recommend her designs to anyone looking for anything between inspiration and the full works. Her work speaks for itself but she is also kind and understanding. It was a great pleasure to work with Charlotte on the design of our first property. We wanted to make sure that our new place was optimized for our little family. Charlotte, with her professionalism and ideas, took everything in consideration and design a place which matched all our requirements. She is full of great advices, very friendly and really speedy in her delivery. I loved her 3D planning and the time she spent doing specifications for our builders.
