        Very happy with Ray Hand, he designed a single story extension for us and got it through planning even through we had a very difficult neighbour, his prices were reasonable and i would recommend him to anyone local in the LB of Sutton

        I cannot believe the last review!!! Home Counties Design carried out extensive works to our property, including a double height side extension,a full width single rear extension,a loft conversion,a wet room,a shower room,internal reconfiguration and a double garage, They also rewired and re-plumbed the whole house,renewed the complete drainage system and laid on new mains services. Not only did they design everything to suit our needs,they obtained planning permission that had previously been refused. Ray Hand is a great bloke to do business with and really put himself out to make sure we were happy.His prices reflect his commitment and in my honest opinion are value for money!
