By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I plan to never deal with them again. Insurance prices are horrible their system for lock outs is impossible to fix and they dont respond. Its like they dont want people to pay them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am travelling in Europe for 3 months. I decided to utilize my USAA Visa card because there are no foreign transaction fees. I advised USAA that I would be travelling and using that card. USAA keeps denying transactions. USAA has blocked my card. There has been no fraudulent transactions to my account. When you have no working phone in England there is no way to contact USAA except through Facebook and they haven't responded. Their automated chat on my USAA webpage sux. It sends me in a loop. They have made no attempt to contact me through my member page. I have tried to unblock my card and all my attempts have been fruitless. It is very embarrassing to constantly have your card denied and to have no recourse with them. I have car/motorcycle insurance through them and when I get back to the States I will find another insurance provider and cancel their card. Do not rely upon USAA and their Visa card when travelling abroad. Lesson learned.
