Fractured my back, was in immense pain, went to accident & emergency, paid a lot of money for a two day stay at the hospital. Been paying for travel insurance for many years & this is the first time I make a claim. Lot of back & forth emails & paperwork only to have them reject it. The hospital wouldnt take their insurance on the spot & after extensive & detailed emails, malgr didnt even pay 1 franc back to reimburse me. Will never deal with a company that outsources to them ever again.
