        Worthless people. Stay far away from this company. They are useless and always take the side of the developers. All they are good for are chasing developers! They don't really help you. In my case, even when I provided proof of damage multiple times, they refused to acknowledge and said that there's no problems (because the developer said so!)

        Do not touch this company with a barge pole. WARNING if buying a new build property and the warranty is with Checkmate . Its worthless. DO NOT BUY THE HOUSE. These cowboys work for the developer and will do anything to avoid rectifying issues and thats why the builder uses them. Should be shutdown and seriously regulated.

        Shocking company. As the other reviewer has said, do not touch this company with a barge pole! Their warranty is worthless, they don't do anything to help serious defects with new homes and the claims fall on deaf ears. They act ignorant and literally do nothing to help push developers to rectify serious and genuine defects. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

        Dreadful experiences with their treatment of escro funds. I no longer trust or would reccemend them to any one. Be very careful when considering signing up to use the schemes. They will illegally spend your money without your consent.
