I had a great experience with All Property Claims who stepped in with the most stressful leak situation at my flat. With a whole process which lasted more than 6months, due to ongoing leaks and recurrences, the team was amazingly professional and dealt with all matters and at every stage. From chasing the insurance side, to always pushing to get things moving and done within a timeline, they have made a very stressful life situation easier. And, to top it all, they gave me back my flat in great condition.

I had an extremely difficult insurance case which APC helped resolve for me. We discovered that we had a broken water pipe under our floors that have been leaking water for a long time. There was a large amount of water that needed to be cleaned up, mould on the underside of the floorboards, and discolouration of the topside of many of the boards. The insurance company were only willing to pay out for a small repair, and for the drying process, but refused to pay for the replacement of the floorboards. They hired solicitors to play 'hard-ball' with us, who claimed that the discolouration of the floorboards was nothing to do with this loss of water claim. The APC team were extremely professional is how they managed the process of pushing for a full claim for the total cost of replacing the floorboards across my entire flat. This process went on for 2.5 years, but they never gave up, and they were happy to pay invest in specialist surveyors to come in to support our case. I was impressed with how they were able to deal with the most difficult solicitors, and never let them get away with any incorrect information. Eventually they guided me to make a case with the Financial Ombudsman, which they managed closely with me. The Ombudsman eventually ruled in my favour, and made the insurance company pay for a full replacement of our floorboards, all of the surveyor costs, as well as a full mould treatment underneath our floors. I wont lie - the process was painful - and 2.5 years of stress that was quite upsetting. However, I now have a brand new floor, and it has not cost me anything (other than my time). This would not have been possible without the team at APC representing me. The insurance company were bullies every step of the way, and it really helps to have professionals such as APC who understand consumers legal rights when making an insurance claim.

Brilliant from start to finish. When our washing machine leaked we weren't really sure where to start. They took away all the stress and hassle, my wife and I can't recommend them highly enough. They did everything they said they would and the standard of work was first class.

I cannot recommend highly enough All Property Claims. They have been 5 stars in handling our claim from start to finish! After our whole ground floor being flooded, our insurance asked me to find a company to dry our floor. I had no idea whom to trust, how to handle this issue as quickly as possible and the insurance was not helpful in making a wise choice. Then, I found this company and decided to call them. Moez Kara guided me in how to deal with a water damage and offered the services of this company. That was the best move I did! I signed a mandate so that All Property Claims dealt with the repair and with the insurance without me doing anything. Tsvetomir came to check the extent of the damage, then dealt with the insurance, loss adjuster.... When the insurance agreed with all the work needed to be done, Cuong dealt with the removal of asbestos, drying, replastering, flooring.... I was always kept up to date and Cuong made sure that I was at home before sending any contractors. The contractors have also been extremely professional and clean. They did an amazing job in making sure that the property was completely dry. At the beginning, the insurance told me that I will only need to dry the floor, but at the end we needed to removed the flooring, dry the walls as well, remove the mould inside the walls, repaint all the walls. Without the help of All Property Claims, the job would only be half done. Now our property is almost brand new. Thank you Moez, Tsvetomir and Cuong: you have been amazing!

When we discovered a leak in the mains pipe under the concrete floor in our kitchen in January 2022 I was in two minds whether to deal with the insurance company myself or to use the services of a claims company. I am glad we made the choice we did as Lloyds and their loss adjustor turned out to be an absolute nightmare to deal with, even for AllPropertyClaims with all their experience and knowledge of how to manage such a process. It took 12 months, 4 written complaints to Lloyds and a second claim before we finally got our kitchen back. During this time we had no sink or running water and a gaping hole in the floor. Our dining room, laundry and a bedroom were also affected. Managing everything ourselves would have been an absolute minefield and, although things didnt go as smoothly as expected, without APCs help we would have been entirely at Lloyds mercy and may never have reached a satisfactory outcome. Communication could have been better at times, particularly in the first couple of months when we felt very much in the dark as to what was happening. Covid and staff absences may have had a lot to do with this, however, as, when Roshan became involved, she kept us updated, explaining the issues and problems they were facing with the loss adjustor and advising us regarding complaints procedures. By the end of the whole process she was clearly as frustrated as we were and equally thankful and relieved to see an end of it. The final settlement she proposed was entirely fair and I would like to thank her and all her team for their efforts in achieving this outcome. The contractors who finally came in to do the refit were brilliant, working long hours and at the weekend to get the job finished as quickly as possibly and they are to be commended for the quality of their work. I would happily use them again.
