Done with this company, been with them a few years, broke my phone over the weekend, repair company called me and said the only way they will attempt a repair is if I give them the password to my phone, I refused as this would be essentially give them access to nearly everything I have, gmail etc. They are refusing to move the claim until I give the password for my phone so my claim is now having to be cancelled.... Moral of this story is that no company EVER!!!! should ask a person for their personal password to anything, I find it staggering that you think this is OK. This is how data gets stolen. Tried to raise a complaint as its unfair to demand a password in return for a claim on a policy that I pay for. Please keep your data safe and never give passwords to anyone.
