I saw the companys name on Facebook and thought Id give them a try as my renewal is due. When I rang the phone was answered as Hello - no option list, no company intro etc. First red flag. Got put through to Ross who took all my details as per a normal quote. I was then told that hed have to speak to an underwriter as the modifications were unusual - they arent, theyre standard stuff like wheels and tyres etc. No bhp increase. Ill phone you back. Within 5 minutes max another person Jack phoned me from Rainbow Insurance asking my details and whether my van is a second vehicle or main vehicle. As its not a second vehicle he couldnt cover it. All very strange and still no call back from Ross. My experience is in line with other peoples reviews. Avoid this company as it all sound dodgy. It remains to be seen if I get an increase of spam now.

This company used my pictures off social media without prior permission and then proceeded to give false review claiming i spoke to an agent. I've never had any dealings with these before dodgy

various numbers have been constantly calling me after I Got a motor trade insurance quote from this business. You cannot trust this company and their business practices are poor. My advice is DO NOT fill the form out on their website and DO NOT have anything to do with them. 1. they said they would give me an instant online quote but when you put your details in you dont get an instant quote you get bombarded with phone calls day after day, its bordering on harassment. 2 When they ring and you answer, half the time you just get a noise like you are calling them. 3 . When you speak to them or they leave a message they do not give a company name, and when you google the number no company connection comes up, They have gone to great lengths to try and hide the link between their persistent cold calling and their company name, because they know very well their business practices are poor. If you dont believe me then try it for yourself and fill out the form on their website, I guarantee that you will regret it!! They are still calling me and leaving messages about 5 - 10 times a day and I still keep having to block their various numbers. Worst company ever!!!
