Didnt show up for loft insulation. Took a day off work unpaid and waited in all day. Called and kept getting the phone hung up on me when I did finally speak to Rebecca she was extremely rude and offered no explanation as to why they wasnt coming. This company is to be avoided at all costs extremely unprofessional and couldn't give a dam about the customer. Took pictures of my personal information including letters that contains national insurance numbers date of births and full names. Really concerning. Reported this company to as a possible scammers as the way I have been treated it seems they are!!!

Had a boiler installed and several caps on the radiators that allow you to control the temperature in each room separately and remotely via an app. They took my old boiler out and replaced with a newer one (which I contributed to on a government scheme) but they left all the pipework exposed under the boiler and removed the shielding that was there before. Was told someone would come back to fix this, which never happened, despite repeatedly chasing them up. The remote control of the radiators intermittently works and the pipe under the boiler has leaked on one occasion since. Tried repeatedly to contact the company but someone answers the phone, takes details and promises someone will ring back, but never happens. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL, THEY ARE COWBOYS AND PROVIDE SUBSTANDARD WORK WITH NO RESPONSES BACK WHEN YOU TRY AND CONTACT THEM TO RETURN TO SITE.

Surveyor came, quoted and fixed a date to do the roof insulation. insulation installed professionally and in an efficient manner. pleasure to deal with and no complaints. very happy to recommend.
