the housing team are helpful but the rydon repairs and maintenance are not. for years I have have complained about the damp and mould and unless I bombard them with emails with attached photos nothing is done, I tell or ask them about two things and one is done, the actual repairs staff who do the actual work are friendly and most do a good job but the useless administration and management team are unhelpful uncaring and liars, yes liars who make up their own rules knowing full well what they are suppose to cover, Still waiting for an air vent to be drilled in my sons room as well as ceiling work, still waiting for a new toilet. still waiting for a replacement bath panel after one of your staff damaged it in the first place and even told me themselves to call the office to get someone to repair it.
