This is the most beautiful restaurant. The service is brilliant. The decor is lovely. And the food is delicious. The best Indian restaurants near me. Highly recommend!

We love this place! Food is always reliably delicious and service is excellent. Super friendly team. When we realised we could still get takeaways from them during lockdown the world went just a little back into colour.

I ordered from this restaurant tonight via Uber eats after previously having takeaway from here multiple times. After waiting over a hour for my food I decided to call bengal Berties to get a update on my food. I explained to the extremely unpleasant man who answered the phone that there is no tracking on this order so I just want to check if the order has left. The man on the phone proceeded to shout at me and ask me why Im asking stupid questions and went on to say if I ask stupid questions he will give me stupid answer. After I asked him why he is shouting and being rude. He continued to shout and tell me my food left 20 minutes ago and that its due to weather conditions. I live 5-10minutes away and the main roads are clear. After waiting patiently I called back for a update and he continues to raise his voice. After that I received a notification saying my order had been cancelled. After calling back bengal Berties to find out what is going on, I was told that there are loads of other customers who cannot wait for their orders thats why mine has been cancelled. Im not sure why you have someone with such appalling customer service skills answering your phones but we will certainly not be ordering from Bengal Berties in the future. I am extremely disappointed.
