Very bad ,not clean very dirty kitchen , they dont deserver 1 start . Not good service no manner, never visit plz

A vibrant restaurant befitting of its Kenyan heritage. The decor was on point as was the food. The Hawaiian chapatti was surprisingly good containing both cheese and pineapple and the bhajiya were crispy. The service was also attentive and friendly. We only ordered starters and a drink and the bill came to 19 per head which is quite expensive. Dress code: casual Cost: + Food: Full of flavour Service: Fast Ambience: Trendy

Struggling with this one. On the one hand, the food is OK - pretty standard Indian fare that has been kenyafied but more in the descriptions and language than in the actual cooking. On the other, and maybe this was an off night (Saturday!) but service was extremely poor: drinks took 30mins to arrive, waiter didnt write down order so forgot a dish, no one bothered to ask if food was OK, no one cleared away finished drinks or asked if we wanted another (massively wasted revenue opportunity), lots of passing staff but no one would catch your eye (dead giveaway that waiting staff have not been trained). To cap it all, I had to actually call the restaurant on my mobile in order to get someone to come and take our order!

This is the second time I have come here. The 1st time was good but now they have severely dropped standards. They did not serve any of the previous sauces they had and the ones they did were not nice at all. The draught beers are not good and this is the 2nd time I have had this problem. Its over priced and expensive. The staff took 15mins to bring over a beer and gin and tonic when there was only 1 table occupied and the service was slow. The crispy fried pili pili chicken I had was overcooked and chewy and uneatable. The other half chicken I ordered was undercooked and had blood inside and was red. The chips were okay but tasted as if they were oven chips and the salad was nice. They seem to have lost standards and service. As well as the quality of meat and the way its cooked. Will not be coming back at all, which is ashame as some of the dishes on my first occasion were nice. But it's a new reduced menu and things have changed drastically. That cobra beer is lovely though. They also had unsafe high table seating which both chairs were damaged and could've caused injury to me when sitting. 2 seats were and they didn't bother to remove it from the seating area for safety. They also tried charging me for a beer that I requested to change and didn't have because the draught cobra was flat.

Went with a group of friends for a different ambience and Bandaa was amazing! The food, cocktails and staff all catered our needs and could not find a fault! I have booked again this time with the family! Fantastic place!
