Hypnowellness

I asked Paul to visit my convalescing mother after she had a fall as she was having panic attacks during the night. Within a few sessions it was remedied and, as we were so impressed with Paul, asked him to continue visiting as she suffers long-term anxiety. These sessions worked well and mum looked forward to each one. Paul's care, professionalism, treatment and understanding very much contributed to her positive outlook. Paul would update me with his observations and suggestions for making life better for her. Would recommend Paul to anyone seeking his counselling and hypnotherapy. Indeed, we could all do with a bit of that in our lives and so, I may well be in contact with him myself.

Paul is such a warm, intelligent and kind man. He helped me SO MUCH in just one session. We had more sessions and every time we spoke, I gained a deeper understanding into issues that had been troubling me. Paul has a genuine gift for understanding and communicating with people and getting into their psyche. I have seen other hypnotherapists in the past and Paul ranks amongst the best. He has lots of empathy and a gentle voice that penetrates the hardest subconscious.
