I can't thank Cino enough for the help i received over the course of a year. I came to Cino with an anxiety related issue that he helped me solve along with a multitude of smaller things during our time together. Our sessions started weekly, changing to monthly down the line. Cino is a lovely guy, a great listener and I could not recommend him enough.

I had my first session with Cino a couple of years ago. I wanted to kick start a healthier lifestyle routine and found a session with him was just what I needed. I have since had a few sessions with him for the same reasons, after Christmas and Summer holidays, when I have been more indulgent. Cino is very friendly, easy to talk to, so you always feel able to relax into the hypnosis.
