St George: Beaufort Park

I have already lived in Beaufort Park. However, I can't get quiet enjoyment. in order to do the maintenance for the wall cracking provided by the Beaufort Park concierge. They assigned worker over 6 times in 7 months to access my house for inspection and maintenance. The most ridiculous is the maintenance is still in progress at this moment. It is very annoyed

I write this with so much sadness , this development is badly run some RMG bad review about this , issues with rude & arrogant staff , parking problems always and serious crime from vehicles, we take many loss from parcel thefts and nobody been caught still continue. I advise not to rent or invest here its not good very dangerous and many crime happen here . I read stolen cars and some attacks on people with chemical, we take no good security just young boys with not training and i think staff is dishonest not trust maybe involved in some crime . Update serious crime recently Chinese person was attacked many police involved to investigate not safe place be careful please friends no staff to attend . I would like to update you all of you parking company is not honest they are Napier i get ticket for my registered car and I confronted the warden he then say to me system no signal in car park ! No you cheat and lie even im have park space !!! Try to make people pay with fake system non functional in park car .cheaters involved in some scam business. More bike thefts and crime plus some robbery in resident and no security not safe Today my friend suffer leak plumber say stop plug is so old will take 30mins to unlock . All apartments need to be checked by this developer not good craftsmanship only use cheap builder no skill ! Many boilers leak after few years & all repairs are costly as they use old parts that are unavailable in the uk , You will experience many costs and find part problems . We take serious meeting with HK group , RMG keep to increase service charge and something not correct about RMG too many bad reviews, careful to pay invoice without checking.

The concierge and the staff are very nice, but the residents are careless and don't follow rules. Residents' dogs' waste is everywhere making the area looking very disgusting. Also some residents let their dogs into the park, while it's not allowed. Kids in the area are noisy and disturbing. They play in the park ball games while it's not allowed. They break the park's trees and play even inside buildings. Twice they knocked on my door and left.
