Absolutely shocking customer service. We have been waiting for a maintenance visit for weeks just to follow up on the snags and touched up required in our new place. Impossible to arrange a visit by email and doesnt even bother to call back.

The build quality is generally good however sound insulation between floors is very poor. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking all the time

Plaza sales were professional and high on customer care. George in particular was exceptional from start to finish. Even when things didn't go fully as planned along the way he was supportive but honest and helped to move the process on. George had the right balance of professionalism and directness to support the progression of the process. Very accommodating and open. I'm very excited to be moving into my new flat soon and I'm looking forward to experiencing the high end finishes throughout the apartment.

Weve been living here for 6 months now and are extremely pleased with our apartment. Ahmed Bachik from Bachik Properties was very helpful and our apartment has been exactly described. He was very responsive and went the extra mile to ensure our queries were answered, not to mention bringing us a cake on our moving in day! This means a lot to us considering we reserved before completion and relied on his word for a measure of the standard.
