This organisation suffers from systematic maladministration. Emails arent responded to, repairs arent done, gas safety checks arent done, and complaints go unanswered. The Ombudsman really needs to investigate this appalling organisation.

Utterly incompetent. Unprofessional service that charges a fortune and leaves vulnerable tenants living in awful situations. These people would never find employment in the private sector. Repairs left for months, years on end, rent not allocated to accounts. What do they do all day? Shocking

The service offered is atrocious, if you can even call it a service as there has been a lack thereof from start to finish. The communication is non existent as they ignore emails and when you phone up to speak to someone specific then they magically always seem to be "away from their desk right now", and of course the promised call back never materialises! Unfortunately there only seems to be one way of forcing their hand - and that is to make a formal complaint which is what I am now doing. The problem with this is that it protracts the repairs that need doing as you have to follow their complaints process which no doubt takes weeks or even months for them to turn round and dismiss the issue for you to then escalate the issue to the Ombudsman service which again can have a turn around time of several months. So by the time you get to the end of the process you've either lost the will to live or moved out. The only reason why I am giving one Star is because there is no option to leave no stars! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN!
