They didnt do anything for who life the property, Trying to communicate with this organisation or get anything sensitively resolved is having a significant impact on my disability management. The reviews on here speak volumes. Very disappointing

zero stars, charge 300 to ask if you can alter your property.. assure you that you'll have a response in 28 working days, that's a joke..then don't look at the application or bother to respond (I've been waiting nearly 7 weeks). My flat (I own) has all the loft insulation in a pile not laid down, it's very dusty. They 'own' the loft, and it's not to be used by the 'tenants' but ask them to lay the insulation and they suggest you do it yourself... or wait 2-3 months for them to do it. They will 'allow' you to do it.. seems it only works the direction that benefits them.. Really poor maintenance, nothing proactive. I think there is lead paint everywhere, and damp/ rot from poor maintenance.
