        Edited: I have raised a complaint through their website, go tin touch with someone I was in touch with and they came back to me quickly. I'd say it's not easy to contact them and things could be more efficient. I've tried creating an account but because I live abroad my phone number is not accepted and I cannot do anything...

        I am with a friend who has stayed at home the whole Day waiting for a Carpenter to turn up. The lack of communication is not far short of disgusting as my friend has been through a lot. Its bad enough hearing about how my friends House flooded through no fault of hers and cannot imagine the heartbreak she has had to go through . My friend has wasted a complete day and lost earnings in her Cake Making Services
