I got Boyan in for an after-builders clean based on the reviews I saw online for Big Boy Clean. Unlike some of the other big faceless companies I researched, many of which have a disturbing number of 1 star reviews and demand payment up-front, this is a small husband and wife team who really want their customers to be happy with the service they provide. In fact this was practically the first thing Boyan said to me when I initially called. They were happy for me to pay after the clean and they told me that when they were done they would hang around whilst I inspected their work and would re-do any part of the house I felt wasn't done properly. When it came to it, they were as good as their word but I didn't find anything that needed re-doing! Boyan and his wife worked at my house from 1pm to 8pm. They cleaned every surface thoroughly and we were very pleased with the service they provided and the attitude they displayed throughout. I want to note that they didn't state at the outset how long they would be at the property. The work clearly took longer than they thought it would (through no fault of theirs) yet they stayed and worked for AGES. As a small business, good reviews are really important to them, so I have taken the time to write this and will recommend them to anyone who asks. In summary there's a reason they have 100% 5 star reviews. I just hope that when their hard work enables them to grow as a business, they are able to maintain this level of service.
