Worst agency ever, they sent me a rubbish cleaner who made the house filthy, she cleaned the windows with a dirty rag. Didn't bring a mop or any cleaning products despite the fact I paid extra for this. We just asked her to leave. Shocking lack of professionalism and this garbage company refused me a refund but instead credited my account with their fees because it's important that their rubbish staff get paid, please spare me. This company will be gone soon enough. Do yourself a favour and burn your house down, it will be cleaner. I wish I could give minus stars. Special shout out to Angus, Ritchelle and Brandon, you are a bunch of criminals and totally useless.
