        Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days with friends (September 2018). At the time of payment, the guy who stood at the reception desk, walked away with my bank card in his hands and took a photo from both sides. I was indignant at his behavior, but he said that it was for security purposes. I had no desire to force him to delete the photos, and the card after payment remained completely empty. January 2020 comes a notification about an attempt to deduct from my bank card 52 pounds for paying for pizza in FIREZZA, of course in London. I will add that during my stay I did not lose the card and did not transfer it to anyone else. Since then I have not been to London. Bravo
