        Tube right outside our window, windows sealed shut and air con weak/not working. Other guests were noisy and workmen outside first thing in the morning. Price elevated because of an event that evening. Walkability: Walking distance from earls court, Hyde park and royal Albert hall among other places.

        Absolutely disgusted with this company. Hotel manager completely broke our suitcase, didnt leave his office until I asked to make a formal complaint and was told to contact guest relations where he would advise I needed to be compensated as he agreed he remembered taking the suitcase and it being intact, guest relations said sorry ! No offer to replace the suitcase or any compensation for the fact we had to carry the case as opposed to pulling on wheels on multiple trains!
