Ils nutilisent pas de vraies images et les appartements sont situs dans divers immeubles dlabrs de Londres nous avons eux un logement insalubre j'a lou pour 5 adultes j'ai eu un appartement pour 4 personnes. L'adresse indique pour l'appartement est en fait un bureau o vous rcuprez les cls 30 mn du logement personne pour vous accompagn. Notre appartement t dans un tat d'insalubrit voir photos jointes j'a vidos et photos en ma possession car je ne pourrai tout mettre en lien. De la moisissure dans la salle de bain, des canaps qui taient littralement immaculs de sang et d'urine. Poubelles dans le hall dentre.Les armoires de la cuisine avec de la vaisselle sale. Armoires des chambres avec linges de maison et vtements pour enfants jet en boule et souills Un vritable cauchemar. Logement sale non conforme au descriptif et aux photos photos mises en lignes. Nous avons pris une location pour trois jours pour cinq adultes nous tions dans un appartement pour quatre: Lagence nous a remis les cls avec aucune explication juste un plan papier et nous avons du nous dbrouiller seul aprs 30 minutes de marche pour arriver au logement dans le froid avec les bagages nous avons eu la dsagrable surprise de nous retrouver devant une porte ferme il nous a fallu sonner toutes les portes pour quun jeune homme bienveillant nous explique quil y avait un code daccs aprs maintes rflexions nous avons trouv le code qui tait not sur le porte-cl. En dcouvrant lappartement nous avons vcu lhorreur un logement insalubre: - Sol sale - Prsence de taches (urine, sang sur les matelas le canap et les draps) - Lattes dun lit sorties de leur logement - Pansements usags retrouvs sur un drap et une couette - Chewing-gum coll sur le mur du salon - prsence de cheveux dans le lit et les serviettes de bain - WC et douche sales( un seul Wc dans la SDB cinq imaginez le ct pratiques..) - cuisine sale tout point de vue, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine rangs sales, dans des placards qui eux aussi taient sales, pas assez de couvert pour cinq personnes, ni chaises..... Aucunes des 45 photos proposes sur le site ne correspond en rien lappartement que lon nous a attribu. Le canap o devait dormir la cinquime personne tait souill durine et de sang, de plus pas de drap pour dormir. Jai essay de joindre lagence pour quils viennent constater maintes reprises depuis le premier jour aucune nouvelles deux. Jai donc tlphon Booking qui devaient rgler le problme pour que nous puissions passer un sjour agrable aucune nouvelle... Nous sommes rests dans le logement insalubre photos et vidos en attestent. Je ne pourrai pas ton mettre car nous ne pouvons poster quune photo...
