Travelodge London Teddington

Amazing service from the receptionist. I was completely shocked as it was better than most 5 stars . Very professional and friendly. Room had just been done up a bit so was fresh. Bed comfy and the bathroom/shower was good. Location is superb as Teddington High Street is a gem and not far from Bushy park. Worth staying at if you are after a budget short term stay. Will return when the need arises.

Rooms: Very comfortable and quiet. Walkability: Just off the High Street, where there is a good choice of pubs/restaurants. Food & drinks: Happy "hour" well worth a visit!

Food was shocking . Pizza was burnt underneath and soggy on the top . Kids pizza was burnt . Chips was cold and tasted like they was microwaved. Sides come out the same time as the mains and their excuse was they have 6 orders in a restaurant with 50+ seats . Not 1 apology , will not be returning .. Food & drinks: Terrible and want my money back

Where to start... parking, took us 10 minutes to get access to the car park as no one seemed to want to answer the intercom..Once in we found we had to pay for parking? Surely the room fee was already enough to accommodate parking for paying guests?... Once in we were Eventually greeted by a receptionist, this was about 5 minutes after she initially spotted us at the desk... then the room.. radiator doesn't work so room was below a respectable temp, the shower.... Good god... it clearly felt like the receptionist...couldn't be bothered...it was a mere drip that came out of the shower head, absolutely not what you want after 15hr shift on site! No charging sockets by the bed either... then the bed! Dirty sheets, which were covered in paint on the inside?? More paint on the duvet than the walls. It's up there with one of the worst I've stayed in...save your money and sleep in a bus shelter...the shower will be better that's for sure
