To begin with, they kept us waiting at the door for more than half an hour. After calling him on the phone and not answering, the cleaning lady appeared, who did answer her call. She provided us with the keys, pillows and towels, for which we had paid, but we had to ask for them.
The bathroom half broken, but clean, the room somewhat dirty and with bedbugs. From what I see in the comments, some find bedbugs and others don't, in our case we found them.
In general, a bad experience, but I must say that the cleaning lady was very attentive and very kind.

Muy mala gestin.
Para empezar nos tuvieron esperando en la puerta por ms de media hora. Luego de llamarle al telfono y no contestar, apareci la seora de la limpieza, a la cul si contest a su llamada. Ella nos facilit las llaves, las almohadas y las toallas, por las cules habamos pagado, pero tuvimos que reclamrselas.
El bao medio roto, pero limpio, la habitacin algo sucia y con chinches. Por lo que veo en los comentarios, algunos encuentran chinches y otros no, en nuestro caso las encontramos.
En general, una mala experiencia, pero debo decir que la chica de la limpieza muy atenta y muy amable.
