Honestly, this is the worst hotel apartment I have every stayed in. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and the apartment was nothing to write home about, I complained about this and my family and I were moved to a 2 bedroom. We were charged the same amount, with no explanation. The ensuite bathroom of the 2 bedroom we moved into was faulty throughout our stay. I complained several times from the first day and no one even came to check what was wrong. To say I am disappointed about the whole situation is a whole understatement. I traveled all the way from Australia to visit my family, hoping to spend quality time with them but didnt fully enjoy my stay.

Would not recommend. Attention to detail poor. Rooms not clean. Maintenance was poor; curtains hanging off, lampshade broken, kitchen cabinets shabby. I suspect a previous flood in the apartment as the fire door from the kitchen living would not close and skirting boards looked deformed. The kitchen was dissapointing, lack of basic utensils made cooking interesting.... no teatowel, no oven mit, no tongs, no chopping board. No recycling available.
