Fusilier Inn & Arena Lounge

Stayed with friends overnight for the football. Was very much looking forward to having some food here given the reviews and how wonderful it smelt, however, standing at the bar we were ignored several times in our efforts to place an order. Instead, we finished our Cobras (the only half decent pint they had on offer - would have been lovely with some food) and left to eat elsewhere, but not before the same staff that ignored us came over to our table to ask if we were eating. Nah, mate. You're alright. So we came back at 1am, to be kept awake in our disgusting, unclean, unhygienic rooms beyond 2am thanks to deafening music below. Definitely wouldn't stay again - avoid.

Booked to stay in this hotel and am utterly disgusted with the service. They cancelled our booking due to no fault of our own but they had damage and said they would not charge but then proceded to even though they denied it when we had proof in our bank statement. Then a month later with no existing booking proceded to take money from our bank even though we have no room booked!!! Avoid this place as they cannot be trusted !!!
