Marriott Executive Apartments London, Canary Wharf

We arrived early on a Thursday morning and was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by an amazing employee named Tom. He was so helpful and accommodating. Tom went above and beyond to insure we had an unforgettable time at this Marriott property. Once we arrived to our room, Mohamed delivered our luggage and was so nice and efficient. A few hours later I went to the Marriott Lounge where I was greeted by Harry. Harry had a friendly and cheerful attitude. He really added the final touch to the lounge. My stay was so amazing I made sure to stay again on my way out. Looking forward to visiting this property again in the near future.

As a Marriott Bonvoy members who has 75 nights stayed per year since 2020 , I was very disappointed when i called hotel to asked them to cancel a reservation i had for the Coronation weekend. I had been in serious car accident and had surgery on my abdomen . I got very short reply and not so much as even a suggested compromise . I will definitely be walking away from marriott franchises after 200 plus night in last 3 years. Regardless of whether booking was non refundable I think their shortness of reply as I was telling a big lie to avoid a nice weekend in London...........
