Terrible, not very clean, small room, no soap or anything in the bathroom Kettle but no cups. Coffee, tea, milk or anything to go with the kettle. Train going passed every 20 minutes is noisy and shakes the room. All in all the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in Booked in for 2 nights and left after one night.

The worst hotel ever! Expensive, dirty, very small room, couldn't sleep because of the train that passes next to the hotel every 5 minutes and shakes the whole room! I slept the first day and the second I stayed at the Britannia international (canary wharf) which offers much more for the same cost. Of course they didn't offer me a refund for the second day.
