We had to walk into a local store nearby to ask how we get in only to find out that there is a reception and check in at a different location. We had to walk 2-3 minutes to get there check in and walk back to sleeping area it's a few locations with one reception desk.
The room's on the other hand is small however very nice and comfortable and cozy.
The service was great, I would love if it can be stated on the door what the address for the check-in desk is or maybe a bell. It felt uncomfortable to feel like I got to the wrong place unsure how to get in with no information. Feeling Lost with all my luggage is not a walk in the park.
