If I could leave a 0 I would we are here on temporary accommodation with a newborn baby we left for one night come back the cot , the baby steriliser is gone its been taken out the room and gone missing the receptionist had no explanation and all she said was I can mention it but other than that I dont know the point is if I cant sterilise my sons bottles how can I feed him the cleaners are obviously thrives its disgusting!
