The manager of this apartment told me that if you write not good comments on Google, you will not rent any student apartment. My room has been without electricity for three times, and all the food in the refrigerator is broken. I can't turn on the heating in cold winter. Sleeping in the freeze room, without any staff to help, even refused to fix for me. Yelling at me was very rude and racist. When I told the manager about it, the manager thought they were right. Please don't choose this apartment. You will find the manager's room has no electricity for many times, and the staff are very rude. They won't tell me that there is a primary school nearby. The children play outside from morning to night. It is very noisy, even if I live on the fifth floor. I suffer from noise every day, and the manager will not change rooms. Please don't reply to my contact email when this apartment sees the comments. I have contacted you many times and can't solve the problem at all. I emailed the manager many times to talk with her, but she refused. She also asked the front desk to tell me the wrong time.
