Fantastic service unlike other gp practices here when you call Dr Singh he has installed a system where if phones are really busy you get an option to get called back by practice staff,it was brilliant they called me back within 20 minutes excellent service no more waiting listening to music any more.Great job Dr Singh and the best service and treatment by far.

Avoid this practice at all costs. The process of getting an appointment is broken, the wait times on the phone are ridiculous and the less said on the customer service, the better. The receptions couldnt care less for anyones well-being in that surgery. Theyre happy to let vulnerable and elderly patients who are clearly sick wait in excess of 30mins with no updates whatsoever. You ask the receptions for an update, they make it a chore to even respond back says a lot perhaps about either them as people or the inadequate training they receive. Fair to say after many years of coming to this GP, this will be my last. Id urge anyone else whether theyre seeking a practice for the self or for any family members, look carefully and avoid this GP if you can. Similar to the other reviews, I would have also given this 0 stars if there was an option To.
