Amazing service walk in and appointments plus follow ups, under 30 minutes wait only on weekday morning (infection requiring antibiotic) or 1h on another occasion. Recommended by local Pharmacist-prescriber and is spot on. Booking in computer system upon entry is brilliant (all enquiry details and own data patient puts there and consultation is 5 minutes long! so no need to elaborate in doctors room). All is there that can't be achieved in useless GPs and appaling 111, pathetic e-consult , phone consultations or other hopeless ideas by NHS ALL "health services" esp. GPs need to copy above routine, standard, pace, so no need for receptions at all or ideas of waiting for appointment for 6 weeks as standard locally. Plus-super professional doctors prescribing correct medicines and in no time. Priceless!

Amazing service! I was completely new to this hospital as I am a patient at a different surgery. When I tried calling my GP about an issue I was experiencing, they told me to go to urgent care. I called this hospital asking if I could just turn up for an appointment and they said it was completely fine, lady on the phone was very nice as well. When I turned up, I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen and I was in and out of the building within 30 minutes, the doctors were very friendly and calming as well. Thank you so much.

Really good and professional service. I struggled to get an appointment with my useless GP and I went to these guys without any appointment - they helped me with less than 1h wait. Staff is very friendly and professional.

I was the first person in the hospital today with my Son. The doctor who saw my son asked me to book an appointment because she felt my thumb was infected. I did, but I have been here for almost 3 hours. I understand that priority is considered but yet, this is appalling. If I don't need to be seen I would not be here.

X ray dept is so efficient, I was in and out within about 15 minutes. Staff very professional and friendly. Well done
