The MWH Practice - Hounslow

Dr Cho is probably the best GP in the area. Extremely hard working and caring about her patients. Practice manager Nisha is also excellent as is Jasmeet in reception. Excellent GP Practice

I've been with this practise for 32 years. Great reception staff, whenever I've needed urgent appointments they have always accommodated me. Kind manner on the phone. The doctors and nurses are incredible care givers always looking after every need with diligence going above and beyond.

They delete bad reviews !! This is the worst GP in Hounslow do not sign up here!! They do not take issues seriously, Ive had a persistent issue for 4 months which they told me Im too young for it to be serious, which has led me to going to hospital in an ambulance only to be told I should of been referred a long time ago! I have to fight them to give me tests and checks, I feel like I am the doctor having to Google tests and what to get checked and tell them, because they dont check! The reception team are moody and they doctors are useless, the good doctors are never available to get a hold of leaving you in tough situations! I will be leaving this gp but have no choice to stay to get my referrals done as moving takes a long time, for years they have messed me over and I have multiple serious illnesses which they brush off just because Im not 80 years old, extremely ageist do not join here!!!

No appointment available for kids even my son has fever for 5 days he is 6 years they are not giving urgent appointment Dr call and said if in 2 days fever not went down call us for blood test when i call they said we are fully booked no system no coordination between dr and reception
