On 15 May my GP referred me to this hopeless (private no doubt)company for an URGENT appointment to pain management at Queens Square London. First of all they said the GP(who, unlike them has always seemed efficient) had not sent the correct documents(she had) On 15 July they sent me a letter saying they had referred me. Pain Management told me last week they had received no referral. Barndoc promised to send it and I have made 6 telephone calls today. Pain management have promised to make me a appointment as soon as possible. I fail to see why my GP cannot send a direct referral instead of through a company whose sole purpose seems to be to delay referrals as much as possible!!
