Fairway Developments was recommended by our project manager to renovate and convert a one bed bungalow into a two bed for us. The standard of their work is outstanding. Not only did they build a good quality extension, including successfully moving a drain and manhole, the standard of their plastering, rendering, tiling and flooring was great and done really quickly because they work very efficiently. The team is very skilled and worked really well with the other tradesman on the project. Mehmet Ali was very informative and professional from the outset, ensuring the project was on track at all times. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend them.

We contracted the services of Mr. Mehmet Ali (Fairway Developments Ltd) in the early summer of 2014. He had done work for a friend of ours and we were impressed by the quality. Our extension was a part single storey, part two storey side extension with internal alterations to loft, kitchen and general decoration. From our first meeting we always found Mr. Ali to be easy to deal with and very honest person, willing to help wherever needed and often doing more than was required from him. Although we began with a set plan, we made many changes along the way. For each one, Mr. Ali helped navigate and figure out the best way to make our new idea a reality. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mr. Ali and all the staff involved. Everyone has been easy to deal with and have been competent, always on time, honest and efficient. Our sincerest thanks for a job very well done and for guiding us to completion of our building experience and the improvements to our lovely home, it is much appreciated and we couldnt be happier! We will definitely be back to Mr. Ali for all our future buildings needs!
