The interior layout thats anonymous and sensory inert, conveying arms length rather than a welcome embrace. Fair range of cakes, pastries, lite bites and adequate coffee, little in the way of vegan options. Prices and portion realistic. Service perfunctory. The moniker really says it best : Simple Coffee And this is true.

I've just seen the lady behind the till negotiate 2 very difficult customers beautifully. She was gracious and kind. The food here is great and reasonably priced. I speak as someone who goes for coffee and cake lots. Visit this place, you won't be disappointed.
