Acupuncture Access CR2

I was experiencing quite a lot of pain and discomfort from sciatica and decided to give acupuncture a try. Im so glad I did I had 1 session and within a couple of days my pain had subsided quite considerably. Sarah is so lovely I had never had acupuncture before and she put me completely at ease.

I went to see Sarah as I had been having problems with knee pain for some time and also physical and emotional imbalances due to perimenopause. We had an initial zoom consultation which was very thorough and Sarah really put me at ease. When I met Sarah in person I found her to be calm with a gentle way about her that made me feel very comfortable during our sessions. She tried a few different acupuncture techniques in order to help my knee and I am very pleased that the nagging pain I have had for quite some time is now much better. The most surprising thing for me is how much the sessions have rebalanced me emotionally through a combination of gently asking questions to tease out issues that were blocking me and then using the most effective acupuncture points to balance these out. I really do feel so much better in myself and am very glad I made the appointment with Sarah and would thoroughly recommend acupuncture with Sarah to help with physical or emotional problems.
