Pharmacy staff messed up my prescription, sent me home empty handed several times and finally claimed that I had collected my medication which I hadn't. Instead of fixing it, they insisted I had collected it and told me to get another prescription, for which I had to pay again. Mistakes can happen, but their rudeness and unwillingness to take responsibility and fix the problem is absolutely unacceptable. Changed pharmacy.
