        Thornton Heath branch worst customer service ever. The staff body language when u ask for a service is another level of rude. I went there to collect my sister's parcel and didn't know you can't collect a parcel for someone even with the order number,name and my own ID. They said they wanted the email. I was so shocked because the way the guy said it was so rude. I know he wanted to go home but I was already in the shop so just serve me. He said no email no parcel. I do I know u didn't take someone's order number. I was so shocked and asked him to wait while I call my sister to email the confirmation email instead he walked away then sent his colleague who was as rude as he was. She was liked u have the email?" I said I was waiting for my sister to respond and she went even if she sends it we can't serve u because its home time. She threatened to locked me in the shop and I said I will say there until I get the email.Fortunately for them my sister had deleted the email and just said she will cancel and reorder for home delivery.
