        Shop is good but staff are absolutely shocking. Spends more time talking on their headsets to each other (including swearing) whilst customers are around. Host doesnt even say hello, nor do till staff. Its just extremely uncomfortable entering the store.. a polite hello goes a long way, think the store definitely needs looking into.

        RUDE RUDE RUDE......as an ex mystery shopper i was shocked at a staff members reaction yesterday ......i asked if they had the new mascara advertised on tv......but couldnt remember the name on it......some miserable bag retorted " i dont watch tv"....she asked me what colour was the package......i replied i wasnt sure....she then retorted " well if you dont know what colour the package was i cant help you".......well. if id been working...youd be looking for another job this morning.....i walked along to boots...met a lovely girl . who knew what i wanted instantly ...purchased within minutes. some staff are lovely ......this one.....well....when so many are jobless....how she is working there with such a bad attitude i dont know.....but dont worry ...i wont come back. i can see by a previous review....this is not unique....superdrug.....sort it out ! have to add...its not the young girl with dark hair. she is really nice......but it dosent matter...i wont go in there any more.
