I recently used Will to do a number of jobs on our home to help us get it ready to put on the market and I am very very happy with both the service we received and with the quality of Wills work. He was always happy to discuss different solutions and approaches to the tasks so that we could choose what would work best for us. I would highly recommend him! We had Will recommended to us by a neighbour. He installed handrails for our staircase and did a great and very professional job. He was able to come out within a few days of us getting in touch, his price is reasonable, he explains everything thoroughly, and he is very friendly, which is always a plus. I live out of the country and let my flat out. It needed works doing between tenants. Will got in touch after my initial enquiry very quickly and he was able to find time to help do all the work needed in my flat. What I appreciate most about Will is that I feel I have found someone I can trust. He has since been back to the flat and helped out with other issues. You can tell a good tradesperson when they take off their shoes without anyone mentioning it. Will even refused to wear blue shoe covers that I had! I think all of the good reviews on here must be for very small jobs, as my experience was the total opposite. Will talked the talk but didnt send the quote hed promised and in fact sent a text to me addressed to someone else with their information in it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he was soon to go on holiday. Near the end of his time away I texted to ask if he could send the relevant quote to me. No reply. I have my own business and the red flags should have been up aaarrgghhh. I gave him the benefit of the doubt again, and texted and then called him when he was back. He didnt know who I was Hahaha!!! I had to reiterate everything and send him the address again. Not sure by this stage why I was bothering with him. Ah!!! it was simply because of all of these positive reviews on here. Really makes me think the reviews are definitely not legitimate. I found someone great in the end so all good for me at least, though not for anyone else whos about to have my experience!!
